Dear Mr. Garber,
I recently downloaded the shows
you did on your trip to Japan to air on Channel 2, the
public access station in San Luis Obispo, CA. The
shows are being run as a 2 hour block, starting on
Saturday, 8/1/09. This coincided with the local Obon
Festival event put on by a local Buddhist Temple and
the August 6th anniversary of the attack on
Hiroshima. Having been to Japan twice, I especially
appreciated the shows and thank you for sharing them.
With Gratitude,
Kristan Mulgrew

Hello,
I just wanted to drop
you a note to let you know that I've started
downloading the series "Go the Distance TV". I'm
planning to air it on our local station Artesia's
Channel 6 in Artesia, New Mexico and wanted to thank
you for producing such a positive series of programs.
I've been working to keep a good attitude and
positive approach airing here and was very happy to
see a show like yours available for broadcasting.
I hope it's all right with you, but I'm also adding a
link to your site on the Links page of our new web
site.

Mexico
Have a great day!
Thanks,
Suzee
Hi
Carolyn:
I hope
you have been well! Last night was one of those
nights when I dozed off on the couch with the TV on.
I had an interesting dream, because I could have
sworn I saw you interviewing a man who had been
running on a treadmill while inside a walk-in
freezer. I need to get to bed earlier!
Seriously, it was a very interesting and
informative program. I really learned a lot, both
about your guest and the Artic region (climate,
topography, transportation, survivability, and so
on). What an amazing story of endurance and goal
commitment, all by a pretty self-effacing person.
You continue to publicize these type of positive
stories, both in print and TV, and that’s very
commendable (and rare).
Best
wishes,
Dave
